I was a bit disappointed with my room as it wasn't ready when I arrived, but overall it was clean. The service was a mixed bag, with the breakfast buffet staff being nice and polite, but the reception staff being super unfriendly. The location was isolated from central Hammamet but had a nice private beach area. The dining experience was terrible, with only the homemade marmalade being decent.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The suite I stayed in was amazing, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view. However, the views from some rooms overlook the parking area, which is not ideal. The service, especially from Layla Abraham and Merouane, was outstanding. Still, there were minor issues with forgetting orders and confirming bookings. The location in the touristic area of Hammamet was lovely, but sometimes guests left waste behind, and there was a strong paint smell. The dining experience offered a good range of food, although the quality was not always top-notch. The private beach area was immaculate. Overall, a memorable experience with some room for improvement.
